    original engraving with color, 1971, signed in pencil by the artist , an E.A. proof aside from the total recorded numbered edition of 270, Published by Vision Novelle, Paris, and printed by Rigal, Paris.

  • Condition:In fine condition, the full sheet, never framed, with no time or mat burn.
  • Sheet: 31 3/4 by 23 1/4 in. (80 x 58.5 cm.)
  • References: Recorded and illustrated in the standard text on the original graphics by Dali authored by Albert Field, No. 71-8, p.67; also Michler & Lopsinger No. 490.
  • Provenance: From the estate of the Printer Rigal.
  • Framing: Sold unframed
  • Note: Rigal was the main printer for the etchings during the 60s-70s.
    This image perhaps the most attractive version of the many depictions of "Adam and Eve" by Dali.
